Sub: Instructions on TADK – reg. .
Railway Board vide letter No. E(NG)II/2020/SB/5, dated 01.12.2020, issued instructions on appointment of TADK on the Railways. Feedback has been received from field units that it has become very difficult to man the posts of TADK.
2. In view of above, followings instructions are issued in continuation of the Board’s instructions ibid:
- Efforts should be made to man the posts of TADK as per extant policy guidelines.
Bungalow Peon may be provided by Zones through contracted manpower outsourcing agency
- In cases where it is not becoming possible to man the posts, an attendant in lieu of TADK may be provided by Zones through contracted manpower outsourcing agency subject to the cost ceiling of such attendant to not exceed bottom of L1 Pay Matrix +DA, as on 30th September 2022.
3. General Managers can make further provisions to operationalize above arrangement in their railways.
4. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.

Permanent post after engaging of Bunglow peon should be abolished.At present in india higher qualified student is unemployed but it is seeing that foolishmen of bunglow peon is being absorbed by officer..you are requested all post of rly who is coming from service from bunglow peon should be removed.

Koi vi banglo peone avi nehi hai….avi sob TADK hai. Tadk ka kaam officer ki file destination por leke aana and returned korna and teliphone attend korna …..but almost officer’s e rules follow korta nehi…..madam ki seba deneke liye over rules chalte hai …e sehi nehi hai….tobvi…officer’s job ka dor dekhake peone ko torturing korte reheti hai….but kisika nokhri nehi jayeyaga e baat torturing se vula deti hai….jiska 5 years complete hogiya….office me released korneke liye department ka admin ko application koro and ..or last way .courtcase koro….but sob officer’s same nehi hai….
